Tata Steel Long Products Ltd had scheduled an auction today for 500 t mill scale (with moisture and oil content) from its Gamharia plant in Jharkhand. Buyers booked the entire quantity at INR 9,600/t, exw. Mill scale prices in Raipur have increased by INR 300-400/t against prices prevailing at the end of last week, sources told SteelMint. Offers for Fe 70/68% mill scale are heard at INR 7,850-8,000/t, exw Raipur.
