India: Welspun Corp receives sour pipes supply order worth INR 1,725 cr

Welspun Corp Ltd has received multiple orders totalling approximately 164 KMT and valuing close to INR 1,725 cr. The orders include an offshore sour pipes supply contract (270 km/87 KMT) in Australia for the Barossa Offshore Development Project, SteelMint learnt from the company’s recently published press release. The order is to be executed from the company’s facilities in India. With new contracts in its kitty, Welspun’s order book now stands at 525 KMT which is valued at approximately INR 4,800 cr, considering execution of up to May ’21.
