Turkey: HRC exports slip 15% in Apr ’21

Turkey’s flat steel exports touched 536,977 t in Apr ’21, down by 16% on month as against 640,352 t in Mar ’21, as per customs data tracked by SteelMint.

• The country’s HRC exports stood at 193,387 t, down by 15% m-o-m.
• CRC exports stood at 25,501 t, down by 28% m-o-m.
• Major import destinations were Italy followed by Spain and the U.S.
