State PSU miner Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) has scheduled its next iron ore e-auction for 522,000 t iron ore lumps on 2 June’21, as per SteelMint reports. The material to be put under the hammer is from Gandhamardan, Daitari, Tiring Pahar, Guali, Jilling and Koira mines of the state-owned miner. The base price for the e-auction is yet to be disclosed. OMC has clocked total iron ore production at over 1.8 mn t in Apr’21 – almost 48% higher than 1.23 mn t in Apr’20, SteelMint data shows.
