State-owned Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction on 28 May’21 for 1,200 t (0-3mm and 3-10mm) silico manganese from its Chandrapur Ferro Alloys Plant in Maharashtra. The previous auction conducted on 17 May’21 had received moderate response. Out of 1,500 t, buyers had booked only 900 t at INR 55,100/t for 0-3mm, exw, and at an average bid price of INR 75,420/t for 3-10mm, exw.
