Domestic mill scale prices in India have increased this week by upto INR 300-400/t w-o-w. SteelMint’s assessment for mill scale (Fe 70/68%) stands at INR 6,900-7,100/t exw Raipur and INR 6,100-6,200/t DAP Kandla. Hike in iron ore prices has lifted mill scale offers. NMDC has raised iron ore fines offer from Chhattisgarh mines by INR 1,500/t in May’21.
