South Korea: HRC exports up by 18%, CRC drop by 20% in Apr ’21

South Korean mills exported about 18,41,343 t of finished-flat steel in Apr ’21, down by 2% m-o-m against 18,83,895 t a month ago, as per data maintained with SteelMint.

Product-wise exports are mentioned below:

• HRC exports stood at 6,65,187 t, up by 18% m-o-m as against 5,63,458 t in Mar ’21.
• CRC exports down by 20% m-o-m to 2,92,398 t compared to 3,66,337 t in Mar ’21.
• Major importing nations were United States, China, Japan, and Vietnam in Apr ’21.
