Assam-based Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), has successfully procured carbon steel coated line pipes for an integrated refinery project of value INR 2,600 crore. These pipes are to be used for the line pipe insertion for approx. 1800 km from Odisha to Assam (Numaligarh). Ratnamani Metals & Tubes is a major supplier for this NRL project. The company will supply API 5L X70 PSL-2 grade coated line pipes (26″-9.2 mm thickness) for 348 kms of approx. value of INR 700 crore. The other suppliers are Man Industries, Jindal Saw, AMNS, Surya Roshni and Welspun Corp.
