Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) has reported the highest ever yearly production of pellets from its Barbil pellet plant in Odisha. According to the recent press release, the company has produced 7.76 mn t of pellets in FY’21 as against 7.28 mn t in FY’20. On yearly basis, output has increased by 6.6%. However, with the ramp-up of Indian steel operations, the external sales have been decreased by 5% y-o-y in FY’21.
