In a confirmed deal 5,000 tonne RB2 coal has been traded at INR 6,800/t ex-Gangavaram. Portside prices across ports have gained some strength starting this week due to slight pickup in demand as oxygen shortage is easing and steel plants are resuming operations. Also risen API4 index and limited stock at ports is supporting the RB2 prices.
