Indian CRC export price increases in a recent deal for Europe

Indian steelmakers have collectively booked around 30,000 t CRC last week for exports to Europe in the range of $1,375-1,380/t CFR basis for June ’21 shipments, SteelMint learned from its credible sources. Towards the end of April ’21, Indian mills concluded around 50,000 t CRC export deal to Europe at around $1,330-1,350/t CFR basis for June shipments. During Jan- Mar ’21, Indian CRC exports stood around 0.13 mn t, as per data maintained with SteelMint.
