Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV), has reported its overall sales at 2,145 units last month, down 70% m-o-m compared to Apr ’21, SteelMint learned from the company’s regulatory filing. Domestic sales in April declined 74% at 1,555 units from 6,054 units in Mar ’21. Meanwhile, exports plummetted by 34% on a monthly basis. The surge in infection cases mid-month led to disrupted market activities which has weighed on the sales number.
