IF grade rebar demand remains weak in major Indian markets

The rising COVID 19 cases and ongoing lockdown restrictions in many Indian cities have affected the demand and trade activities of IF grade rebar steel in all the major supplying regions. Most of the manufacturers reported limited buying inquiries, however they adjusted prices today by INR 100-500/t d-o-d following the movement of raw material prices and considering the previous booking orders. Prices on a daily basis may see marginal corrections, sources told SteelMint.
