Steel melting scrap offers kept rising on limited segregation specifically in Alang market in the Western region due to lack of cutting process on supply constraints of oxygen which has also halted activities in many ship breaking yards. Scrap segregation may slow down in the yards in the coming days which is likely to keep prices supportive, trade participants reported to SteelMint.
