Iran’s Khouzestan Steel Company (KSC) has concluded an export tender for 30,000 t slabs, credible sources reported to SteelMint. The tender is concluded at $720/t FoB for China and the shipment is scheduled to be delivered in June. Iranian slab export prices have increased by around $80 against end-March. Sharp hike in global HRC prices on demand-supply mismatch have boosted slab prices.
