Imported scrap trades in Pakistan have slowed down in the past one week due to the ongoing Ramadan festive month. In recent, deal of 4,000-5,000 t of UK origin containerized shredded scrap has been booked at $458–462/t CFR Port Qasim, down by $5/t against starting of last week. Whereas, few bids are also seen surfacing at $450-455/t CFR, sources have confirmed to SteelMint.
