Gujarat based Mono Steel India Ltd (Mono TMT Fe 500) has decreased its rebar offer today by INR 500/t. The current offer for 12 mm rebar stands at INR 48,600/t FoR Ahmedabad (excluding GST). Limited demand for rebar and corrections in semi-finished (ingot/billet) steel prices resulted in drop in rebar prices, sources told SteelMint. Mono Steel has a rolling capacity of 0.22 mn t pa.
