Melting scrap prices witnessed slight fluctuations today. In most of the regions, prices moved down by INR 100-400/t, however, in Jalna and Chennai, the same remained stable on usual procurement and little shortage. Prices in the near term may see slight corrections on a daily basis specifically in Western region, trade participants reported to SteelMint.
