Melting scrap prices have inched up by INR 100-300/t on a d-o-d basis across all scrap markets except a couple of markets in Gujarat where prices remained stable despite slightly downward correction in semi-finished steel prices. Scrap prices may see slight changes but not any major corrections on a day-on-day basis, trade participants reported to SteelMint.
