India’s largest iron ore miner – National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) is going to conduct two iron ore auctions – 651,000 t from Bacheli mines and 50,400 t from Kirandul mines, Chhattisgarh. Both the auctions are scheduled for 17 Mar ’21. In its previous auction conducted on 25 Feb’21, the DR-CLO lots received a good response and bids increased by around INR 820/t over the set base price, however, ROM lots fetched flat bids and that of lump moved up slightly by INR 80/t.
