Australia: Iron ore exports from Port Hedland decrease by 3% y-o-y in Feb ’21

Australia’s biggest port – Port of Port Hedland reported total monthly throughput at 37.9 mn t in Feb ’21, a decline by 4% y-o-y compared to Feb ’20. Iron ore exports from Port Hedland decreased by 3% y-o-y to 37.4 mn t. Port Hedland is one of the three ports operated by the Pilbara Ports Authority – a western Australian government trading enterprise.
