Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction today (9th Mar’21) for 104,000 t iron ore fines (Fe 60.8% grade) from its Barsua mines in Odisha. The company received bids at the base price for entire quantity offered at INR 2,250/t (loaded, excluding royalty), according to the sources reported to SteelMint. The company has raised base price by INR 150/t against its previous auction held on 23rd Feb’21.
