A Vietnam-based steelmaker has booked USA origin bulk scrap cargo towards the closing of the last week. The cargo comprised of 30,000t HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $475-477/t CFR Vietnam basis, reliable sources confirmed to SteelMint. Offers have risen by $25 w-o-w.
