China: Iron ore and pellet imports up by 3% y-o-y in Jan-Feb’21

China- the world’s largest iron ore consumer and importer recorded imports of iron ore at 181.5 mn t in Jan-Feb’21, according to the General Administration of Customs. The imports picked up as compared to 176.6 mn t in Jan-Feb’20 due to increased demand supported by firm consumption outlook.
