Buying inquiries for imported South African lump to India have continued to remain low as global prices have hit over a nine-year high. The current assessment for imported lump stands at around $220/t, CNF Kandla. The global iron ore fines (Fe 62%) index increased to $178.45/t, CNF China on 4th Mar’21 on supply tightness of high-grade ore.
