Vietnam’s largest domestic steelmaker, Formosa Ha Tinh (FHS) having the crude steel capacity of 7 mn t is planning to increase its domestic HRC offers sharply for May deliveries. Although the announcement is yet to be made but sources have indicated that price hike may be to an extent of $20-25. Increase in imported HRC offers are the reasons behind hike in domestic HRC offers.
