Bangladesh bulk ferrous scrap imports sharply drop by 61% m-o-m to 0.11 mn t in Feb’21 as compared with 0.28 mn t in Jan’21, as per vessel line up data maintained with SteelMint. USA, Japan and UK remained key bulk scrap suppliers to Bangladesh in Feb’21. Mills remained less aggressive in booking bulk cargoes amid fluctuating offers, which in turn limited bookings.
