Govt owned steel-maker SAIL has scheduled an auction for 40,000 t mill scale sludge from its Bokaro Steel Plant in Jharkhand. The auction is scheduled today and the sale will be on a “as is where is” basis with a lifting period of 15 months. In the previous auction conducted on 28 Jan’21, the entire quantity (40,000 t) was concluded at an average price of INR 5,600/t (ex-works).
