Imported HRC offers for Pakistan have reported a steep increase by $20-25/t from China after the market reopened post CNY holidays. The current offers for HRC (SS400) stand at $710/t CFR Pakistan, which was around $685/t CFR before the holidays. Rally in futures and discussions on export rebate cuts to 7% from 13% led to the hike in nation’s HRC export offers.
