Imported HRC offers for Vietnam from China have increased sharply by $25-30/t post Lunar/Tet New Year holidays. The current HRC (SAE 1006) offers from the Chinese tier-II mill stands at around $715-720/t CFR basis, soaring up against $670-690/t CFR before holidays, SteelMint learned from credible Vietnamese sources. Rally in futures and the buzz regarding export rebate cuts resulted in increased offers.
