According to Kungsri Bank Forecast, the public construction projects in Thailand are expected to rise by 2-3% in CY’21 whereas construction in the private sector may hardly see growth on a y-o-y basis, SEAISI reported. To boost Thailand’s economic growth, the govt is planning to begin six infrastructure projects this year. These projects encompass the high-speed train route linking Suvarnabhumi, Dong Mueng and U-Tapao airports; a center to handle the maintenance, repair and overhaul of planes; the third phases of Map Ta phut port; the third phase of Laem Chabang port and the development of Digital park Thailand.
