Induction grade rebar demand remained strong in most of the major supplying regions of India, which resulted in further increase in price by INR 300-700/t d-o-d, SteelMint’s assessment shows. Along with strong demand, rising semi-finished steel prices also supported secondary rebar prices, sources reported.
