Vietnam’s scrap market has resume after the Tet holidays and bulk Japanese H2 scrap offers in Vietnam have risen significantly by $5-10 as compared to the offers recorded earlier this week. The current offers for Japanese H2 are being quoted at $425-430/t CFR Vietnam basis.
