Govt owned steelmaker- Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction from its Barsua mines (Odisha) on 03rd Feb’21, for 104,000 iron ore fines (Fe 60.8%). The entire quantity has received bids at INR 2,860-2,880/t (loaded into rakes and excluding royalty). Earlier in the last auction conducted for 104,000 t fines (Fe 60.8%) from Barsua on 20th Jan’21, the entire quantity remained unsold.
