Government owned and run- Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has announced a hike in list prices of HRC and CRC by 1,500/t ($21) effective from today. The revised prices stand at around INR 56,500-57,000/t for HRC and INR 65,000-65,500/t for CRC. SteelMint learned from company officials. Increased investments in infra and construction sectors along with railways announced in the budget prompted the mill to raise its flat steel prices.
