The Indian government has announced an outlay of INR 1.10 lakh crore for railways, the finance minister said in her Budget 2021 speech. Out of this, INR 1.07 lakh crore is for capital expenditure. She further said that Indian Railways have a National Rail Plan for up to 2030.
