Kalika Steel Alloys Pvt. Ltd, (Kalika TMT) – one of the major rolling mills in Jalna, western India has reduced their rebar prices by INR 500/t. Current induction grade rebar offer for 10-25 mm size stands at INR 45,000/t exw, sources shared with SteelMint. Prices have been decreased in order to maintain price parity with other competitive markets. Further, falling raw material costs is weighing on finished steel prices. The company has a rebar production capacity of 40,000 t on a monthly basis.
