Bulk Japanese H2 scrap offers in Vietnam have dropped significantly by $40 as compared to the offers recorded earlier this week. The current offers for Japanese H2 are being quoted at $420/t CFR Vietnam basis. Japanese scrap export offers have come down due to a decline in bids from Vietnam and Korean mills and the global scrap price drop.
