Raipur based mid-sized rebar manufacturers have sharply reduced their offers by INR 1,000/t. The current rebar offering for 10-25 mm size stands at INR 41,200/t, SteelMint learnt from trade channels. The offers were reduced owing to falling raw material and semi-finished steel prices and expectations of an improvement in buying inquiries as landed offers from Raigarh market are comparatively lower than Raipur.
