Japanese scrap export prices remain stable in recent deal for Vietnam

Bulk Japanese H2 scrap prices in Vietnam have remained largely stable in a recently concluded deal. A Vietnam based steel manufacturer has booked around 3,000-5,000 t of Japanese H2 bulk scrap cargo at $455-457/t CFR Vietnam basis, sources have reported to SteelMint. Prices have remained stable compared to beginning of this week. However, on a weekly basis, prices have come down by $10-15/t w-o-w.
