The South African RB2 coal portside prices today are assessed up by INR 200/t d-o-d basis at INR 6,000/t ex-Gangavaram. Few sellers are now offering at INR 6,200/t for high FC coal. The portside prices are up amid tight supplies from South Africa and low stock at RBCT port. However, there is no panic buying in the Indian market as buyers purchased earlier and also due to the increase availability of domestic coal.
