Taiwan based steel company China Steel Corporation (CSC) has raised its finished steel product prices by 9.5%, up to TWD 3,000/t for Feb ’21 sales. Price for hot rolled steel plate has been increased by TWD 2,200/t. As per the company, higher raw materials costs amid robust demand necessitated the rise. CSC is Taiwan’s leading steelmaker having a crude steel capacity of approximately 10 mn t per year.
