Tata Steel’s crude steel output increases 3% y-o-y in Q3 FY ’21

Indian steel major Tata Steel recorded crude steel production at 4.6 mn t in the third quarter of FY ’21. Production increased by 3% y-o-y compared to 4.47 mn t during Q3 FY ’20. The company’s total sales stood at 4.66 mn t of which domestic sales were at 4.16 mn t, up 8% y-o-y and 4% q-o-q. Exports decreased by 11% y-o-y.
