Indian government-owned – SAIL has increased rebar prices by around INR 3,000/t ($41), sources have reported to SteelMint. The current rebar (12-32 mm) offer stands around INR 55,000/t exy-Mumbai, excluding GST at 18%. The company’s output of long steel products stood at 3.74 mn t in Jan-Nov ’20.
