Tata Motors posts 24% y-o-y growth in domestic sales in Q3 FY’21

The automobile major – Tata Motors Limited reported a robust jump in overall sales in the domestic and international market during Q3 FY’21. Total sales in Q3 rose to 158,215 units against 129,381 units in Q3 FY’20 while domestic sales increased by 24% y-o-y to 150,598 units. The company’s domestic passenger vehicle (PV) sales in Q3 FY’21, registered a growth of 89% as compared to Q3 FY’20, its highest ever sales in the last 33 quarters owing to pent-up demand, strong festive season and shift towards personal mobility.
