Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL), has recorded the highest-ever domestic sales at 47,400 units in Dec’20, up 25% y-o-y and 4, 23,642 units in CY’20. Exports in December rose to nearly 59% at 19,350 units, making up a cumulative sales growth of 33%. It has also achieved the highest-ever single month production at 71,178 units in Dec’20. The company positively anticipates green shoots of recovery in CY’21 and is likely to be consolidating its market position by maximizing the potential of its recently launched vehicles.
