Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has completed acquisition of the movable and immovable assets of the pig iron plant of VSL Steel situated at Paramenahally Village in Karnataka. Kirloskar is in the process of renovating those assets and obtaining necessary approvals from statutory authorities for commencement of operations. Intimations are likely to be given in due course upon commencement of operations at the pig iron plant.
