PSU steel major SAIL held a pig iron auction from its Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP)-Odisha for 5,600 t material on 24 Dec ’20. The entire quantity was booked at a weighted average price of INR 33,500/t ex-work, recording a rise of INR 900/t compared to the previous auction held by RSP on 18 Dec ’20.
