JSW Steel has lifted its HRC price by INR 1,500/t ($20) and CRC price by INR 2,250/t ($31), SteelMint learned from its sources. The revised price of HRC stands at INR 51,500-52,000/t and CRC at INR 61,500-62,000/t (exy-Mumbai). This is the fourth price hike announced by the company in Dec ’20. Global price rally, robust domestic demand and higher cost of production lead to spurt in flat steel prices.
