Steel major SAIL’s pig iron auction for 2,000 t (basic grade) material from ISP, Burnpur on 10 Dec’20 was booked at INR 32,200 /t (ex-works). Bids increased by INR 1,600/t ($22) compared to the previous auction on 03 Dec’20. Steel grade pig iron prices are assessed by SteelMint at INR 33,000/t (DAP Durgapur).
